Background-Checked Staff

All OCD Cleaning staff members are hired after a series of successful background checks. Our staff are fully trained and easily recognizable by their OCD Cleaning uniform. All employees are under contract with OCD Cleaning.

Important Policies

๐Ÿ“… Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a minimum $25.00 fee (up to full service rate). This fee is in place to cover expenses we incur for lost time and travel.

24-Hour Notice Required

๐Ÿ” Lock Out Policy

If our team arrives at your scheduled appointment time and is unable to gain access to your home or business, the same cancellation fee applies. Please ensure we have updated access codes, keys, or someone available to let us in.

๐Ÿ’ณ Payment & Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A 4% technology fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. Cash and checks are also accepted with no additional fees.

OCD Cleaning may send occasional text messages or emails for appointment reminders and promotions. By providing your number, you consent to receive messages from this company. To opt-out, reply STOP at any moment. Standard message and data rates may apply.
