Maintenance Cleaning

1. Swifter dusting (*Blinds, Window seals, TV’s, Lamp shades, Picture frames)
2. Beds, Blankets, Pillows Straighten up room (Change beds if requested – leave linens on the bed)
3. Ceiling fans (as needed)
4. Vacuum and mop all floors.
5. Bathrooms & shower, tub, toilet, and sinks including fronts of cabinets.
6. Kitchen including all fronts of cabinets including inside microwave (Oven and fridge additional fee) Dishes we will do up to a ½ sink full.
7. All rooms light hand dusting (i.e., Bedrooms, Dining, family etc.) Some misc. will be moved but not all items. 

Deep Cleaning Services

1. Swifter dusting (*Blinds, Window seals, TV’s, Lamp shades, Picture frames etc.)
2. Beds, Blankets, Pillows Straighten up room (Change beds if requested – leave linens on the bed)
3. Brush Ceiling Fans
4. Vacuum and mop all floors.
5. Bathrooms & full shower wall, tub, toilet, and sinks including fronts of cabinets (Treat shower glass if needed & vanities to move everything and wipe off the items)
6. *Full kitchen including all fronts of cabinets including inside microwave & single oven (Fridge additional fee) * Dishes we will do up to a ½ sink full
7. All rooms detailed hand dusting (i.e., Bedrooms, Dining,22 family etc.)
8. Hand wipe baseboards, doors and casing, lights & light switches. (No chandlers)
9. Air vents in the ceilings and or hand wipe reachable walls vents
10. Vacuum all the couches.

Move out/ Move in Services (Must be empty)

1. Swifter dusting (*Blinds, Window seals, TV’s etc.)
2. Brush Ceiling Fans
3. Vacuum and mop all floors.
4. Bathrooms & full shower wall, tub, toilet, and sinks including fronts of cabinets (Treat shower glass if needed)
5. Full kitchen including all fronts of cabinets including inside microwave, single oven & refrigerator.
6. All rooms detailed hand dusting (i.e., Bedrooms, Dining, family etc.)
7. Hand wipe baseboards, doors and casing, lights & light switches.
8. Air vents in the ceilings and or hand wipe reachable walls vents
9. Inside and out of all drawers, cabinets, and shelves
